Submitting a Ticket

If you encounter a bug or need account assistance, navigate to the Support page and fill out a ticket.

We are here to help. If you run into a bug, need help with your billing, or have a feature request, our Support Center is the fastest way to get assistance.

How to Submit a Ticket

Head over to the Support Center and fill out the contact form.

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The category of your issue (e.g., Bug, Account Access).
  • A detailed description of the problem or request.

Once submitted, an administrator will review your ticket and reply directly to your email. You can expect a response within 24-48 hours.
